A 50% deposit is taken to secure your booking.

Failure to cancel or amend your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend will result in a 100% charge of your service.

Failure to pay any outstanding fees will cause any future booking opportunities to be blocked until all arrears are settled.

We do not offer a refund before being given the opportunity to rectify any issues you, the client, may have, which must be brought to our attention within 72 hours. 
We do not downgrade any appointment on the day. If you wish to change your service, 48 hours notice is required.
