Booking, Cancellations & Returns Policy.

A 25% booking fee will be taken upon booking, online & in salon, to secure your appointment.

We require no less than 48 hours to amend or cancel any appointment. Any less will result in a loss of your booking fee.

Any less than 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment, the full service cost will be charged automatically. This must be paid before any future appointments will be made.
