BOOKING FEE'S + CANCELLATIONS
A 25% booking fee will be taken upon booking to secure your appointment.
We require no less than 48 hours notice to amend or cancel your booking, any less will result in a loss of your booking fee. Cancelations any less than 24 hours will be charged the full service cost, payment will be taken automatically from your card on Phorest Pay. We thank you fully for your cooperation and understanding.
Policies: Late Arrivals

We do not offer a refund before being given the opportunity to rectify any issues you, the client, may have, which must be brought to our attention within 72 hours.
We do not downgrade any appointment on the day. If you wish to change your service, 48 hours notice is required.
