At Lauren Emma Hair Artistry, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. OUR POLICY
We respectfully ask you to give no less than 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment. Anything less, 50% of your full service total will be charged within 24 hours of your booking. This may be taken from your card automatically. Once this fee has been paid, future appointments can be booked.
Failure to attend your appointment, or notify us of cancellation, the total cost of your service will be charged and deposits will be taken for all future bookings.

We strive for 100% satisfaction from our clients. But if for any reason you have an issue with your hair, we have a 72 hour window for you to get in touch, in pure confidence, and raise any issues you would like to discuss. Any issues brought to our attention in this window may be covered by the salon and completed with no charge. Anything after this window, you may be asked to pay for any corrections. We do not refund any service without being given the opportunity to rectify the issue.
